Services to small businesses focus around two primary components: seeking funding to bring innovative technologies to the marketplace and the preparation of proposals for government, state and municipal contracts.
We work with small businesses seeking funding to bring new technology to the marketplace, grow the Indiana economy or compete for contracting opportunities.
- SBIR/STTR Proposals- Review, proposal preparation assistance, submission services and more for businesses navigating the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. This federally legislated program, administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA) in conjunction with eleven federal agencies, is the largest source of early-stage technology financing in the nation, with more than $2 billion awarded annually.
- 21st Century Fund- Preparation of applications for qualified companies to the 21st Century Fund for high-risk and high-impact technology. This fund is for early-stage development of new technologies that create high-growth startups and in-state jobs.
- Proposal Review and Preparation Services for RFQs, RFPs and Other Projects- Parmelee Consulting, Inc. offers the skills to assist and lead a wide variety of projects involving the written word.
- General Consulting- Review of proposals, consultation on strategy, identification of potential funding sources, partners and collaborators, commercialization, navigation of required government registration and counsel on contacting federal agencies.
Many of the SBIR/STTR services offered are provided through a partnership with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation's SBIR Support Office. |
