Services to small businesses focus around two primary components: seeking funding to bring innovative technologies to the marketplace and the preparation of proposals for government, state and municipal contracts.

• SBIR/STTR Proposals- Review, proposal preparation assistance, submission services and more for businesses navigating the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. This federally legislated program, administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA) in conjunction with eleven federal agencies, is the largest source of early-stage technology financing in the nation, with more than $2 billion awarded annually.
• 21st Century Fund- Preparation of applications for qualified companies to the 21st Century Fund for high-risk and high-impact technology. This fund is for early-stage development of new technologies that create high-growth startups and in-state jobs.
